Overview

During this project, my team had to move Lamppost Pizza to Poland. Throughout Gateway I have learned how to work as a team, how to write a SWOT report. As well as, how to write a mission statement and how to write a marketing plan. I was in charge of where Lamppost Pizza was going to move to in Poland, while my team members researched pricing, marketing, and how we could make Lamppost unique to Poland.
